By design, The Diversity of Thought Project does not provide an out-of-the-box, one-size fits all solution. Since no two workshops are identical, our rates can vary rather significantly. The 2 main cost drivers are always the number of participants in the training, and the duration of it. Reach out today for a free quote!

While certain survey and polling data is blinded, and then added to our cumulative database in order to calculate accurate statistics. We store your data, without it ever becoming available to any third party, until a time when you want/need to use it again. We guarantee full anonymity to all participants of all of our trainings, and dating back to the year 2020 we have not had one incident of confidentiality being compromised.

*Since fear stifles/hinders sharing, a “safe place” to speak is only as safe as it is perceived to be. Our participants are encouraged to speak as much or as little as they feel comfortable with the assurance (steadily increasing through reaffirming iterations) that everything they share will be kept fully confidential. 

Preliminary work will begin approximately one month prior to your training dates that will require your leadership team to devote about one hour to helping develop the program content. You determine the length and intensity of training day(s). We have created content that fits into a couple hours during one workday, and our team has flown into visit companies for several days devoted to staff development.

While the guidelines and boundaries set from the start are clearly indicative of a safe learning environment where participants are challenged, but in a tolerant, attentive, compassionate, and forgiving manner, we are laser-focused on doing good; not on feeling good. There is a big difference! Admittedly, there have been quite a few tears shed over the years, and even a handful of times when frustration caused someone to get up and walk out of a training session. These instances are what we commonly refer to as “teachable moments.” One thing that we know for certain is that there doesn’t exist a problem that improves because we don’t talk about it. Companies have rules and policies in place to keep the peace on a day-to-day basis. That isn’t what The Diversity of Thought Project is employed to do. Conversation is what drives community, society, and even humanity forward. It will drive your company forward too if you let it.
