The Diversity of Thought Project was created in 2020, as a means to help tear down both the overt and covert constructs that cause/lead to discrimination and disparities not only in the workplace, but in any setting. We drive these positive changes through intentional conversation and goal-oriented action.

Our organization represents all walks of life and, collectively, we possess an array of skills and expertise that make us a strong unit; proven throughout recent years to hold the power to usher communities of people toward prescribed destinations. Compassion for all peoples regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation is our North Star.
